Well we had a good show in Tallahassee with 2 days of fantastic weather and a drizzly end , but we were able to spead the gospel of our high quality “thinking persons” boats . That show was our first chance to get the Maritime Marine boats from Maine in front of a large audience . Paul and Bev [ designer/builders] flew in from Massachusetts to show folks the boats as well as get out of the cold and were able to explain their philosophies and methods to all that were interested .
We had our C Dory boats there as well and as always they were well recieved and a very popular addition to any boat show. Folks are always amazed that you can have a small trailerable boat with so much comfort and so many features . It really makes for a practical boat that you can do many things on and does not break the bank .
Twinvee Catamarans are our other staple product for the Tallahassee show and we had a 26 for the serious offshore fisherman and a couple 19s for the do everything crowd . The 19 Twinvee has been our perrenial best seller for a number of years .
Our next show is Biloxi Ms. and we will bwe showing the Ranger 21 Tug and a good lineup of C Dorys , with both 22′ models, the 255 Tomcat and the 25 Cruiser .
