After hours.
While our service department is open 8 AM to 4 PM Monday to Friday, our sales lot is staffed until 5 PM every night and from 9 to 4 on Saturdays. If you make prior arrangements with the service manager we will be happy to have you drop off your boat for service or pick up a completed service job during these hours.
For drop-offs:
We are happy to take drive-in business, when possible, during the service department's open hours. However, for drop-off in the evening or on Saturday, we ask for prior arrangements so the service department will be aware of jobs arriving and you will have an idea when your boat will be able to be looked at and worked on. Our sales staff is not always aware of the time constraints our technicians are working with or the jobs that the service manager has scheduled for them and consequently will not always be able to give you a good idea when your boat will even be taken into the shop, let alone be completed.
For pick-up:
Please call ahead before coming to pick up your boat just to make sure that all has gone as planned and the trip will not be in vain. If we know you are coming in the evening or on Saturday and the work on your boat is complete, we will have your boat ready to go and in an accessible area so the sales staff on hand can easily help you get hooked up and on your way. Arriving on Saturday afternoon without calling ahead during the service department's hours can possibly result in you finding your boat tucked away behind a number of other service jobs that the sales staff will just not be able to safely move out of the way.
Our commitment:
For our customers who live outside the immediate area or who have scheduling conflicts, we try to be as flexible as possible in our scheduling to fit in with their needs and time while still keeping our off hours free for our own families and family lives. Please call ahead if you have a problem arriving during our posted hours and we will make every effort to work something out with you. We apologize for any inconvenience but without firm prior arrangements our business is closed on Sundays.
